Welcome to Beige Modelling Management. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following terms designed to protect both our clients and our talents.

Bookings & Payment

Full payment is required to validate every booking. Without full payment, your slot remains open to other bookings and unconfirmed.

Rescheduling

Life happens, we allow rescheduling of shoots twice. The rescheduled booking must be used within 10 working days of the original date, after which 50% of the payment is forfeited.

Content Usage

All content created during bookings (photos, videos, or related materials) remains part of the agency. We reserve the right to use approved content for promotional and brand purposes unless a different agreement is signed in advance.

Logistics Policy

A last-minute change of address after our model has arrived at the initial location attracts a ₦10,000 logistics fee.

Cancellations

Day-of-shoot cancellations result in the loss of 50% of your payment. Advance cancellations may be reviewed but remain subject to agency discretion.

Client Responsibilities

To keep bookings smooth, safe, and professional, Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate briefs (date, time, location, call times, preferred reels) and update us promptly if anything changes.
• Ensure a safe, respectful working environment for all models and crew, zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conditions.
• Comply with laws and permits relevant to the shoot, venue access, and any required permissions.
• Use content only as agreed (media, territory, duration). Any additional usage requires the agency's written approval.
• Coordinate through the agency: all bookings, changes, extensions, or replacements must go through Beige (no direct bypass of the agency regarding booked model).
• Be ready on time and provide clear access/entry details, parking or gate passes where applicable.

Client Commitment

Provide accurate information, clear instructions, and a safe working environment. Respect for our models and agency team is non-negotiable.

Confidentiality & Professionalism

All client and project details remain confidential. We uphold professionalism in every engagement and expect the same from our clients.

Conduct & Safety

Beige may pause or terminate participation if safety, dignity, or legal compliance is compromised. In such cases, fees already incurred remain payable.

Extent of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for delays/circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., force majeure, sudden venue restrictions).

These terms may be updated periodically. By continuing to work with us, you agree to abide by the latest version.
